REFUNDS

Refund Methods: All refunds will be issued via bank transfer, regardless of the payment method chosen at the time of purchase. Even if you selected Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be processed to your bank account. Refunds do not apply to international orders.

Processing Time: Once the product is returned and inspected, the refund will be initiated. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be credited to your bank account.

IF DAMAGE IN PRODUCT

We make every effort to ensure that our goods are provided with the utmost care and in a timely manner. So, if you have any issues with the product after receiving it, please contact our customer service for a return or refund. You can contact us by email or simply stop by a store near you. When returning a product, you must show evidence of purchase, which is the order's despatching mail. We will proceed with the return or refund once we obtain the evidence.

WRONG DELIVERY

We make every effort to ensure that you receive the correct items and that they are handled with the utmost care. However, if you receive the incorrect product, please contact our customer service department or visit a store near you. If you need a refund, return, or replacement, please contact our customer service department by phone or mail. Display the evidence of purchase as well. Ascertain that the items being returned are complete, unopened, and resalable in their original packaging, and that they are securely shipped. If you want to exchange an item, first search for availability in our store near you, then show the proof and you're good to go. Please keep in mind that if the items you returned to the store or to customer service are not in resalable condition, we reserve the right to deny a refund, return, or exchange.

PROOF OF PURCHASE

If you want to return something, get a refund, or swap something, you'll need to provide evidence of purchase. Order dispatching mail will be sent to all online customers. If you need to return an item to one of our shops, please bring proof with you.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Refunds do not apply to international orders.

RETURN POLICY

We hope your package arrived on time and in good shape. We make certain that you receive the items in perfect condition and with the utmost care. However, if you need to return the product for some reason, please see the options below.
Our return policy only applies if the product is in resalable condition, which means it must be unopened and returned within 15 days of purchase. You can order a free pickup of the goods from our Customer Service department, or you can swap or refund the items at our nearest store. If you want to return a product, you must first send proof of purchase, which is your order's dispatching mail. Simply ensure that the product is unused and in resalable condition before returning it to customer service or one of our shops. If this is not the case, we reserve the right to refund or exchange the item. For any returns, please contact Customer Service for a free postage label.

Replacement and Return Policy

Within the UAE:

Products can be replaced or returned free of cost.
The first replacement is always free.


For International Shipments:

Replacements and refunds for international shipments are not available by default.
However, if the customer is willing to cover the shipping costs, a replacement can be provided at their expense.
